Some of them were able to work and back to their normal lives and some were able to work abroad and some got married with different nationality.
May I suggest very strongly for now to please MEDITATE first, then you must learn how to "Let Go and Let GOD."

I I suffered from anxiety attacks for many years. I went to two psychiatrist and they were no help. I got help at the Phobia Center of the Southwest. I learned that a panic attack can not continue in a totally relaxed body. if you can stop fighting the feelings and trying to "FLEE" from the feelings and just let your body go limp Every muscle needs to be limp. This is hard to do. You can do this my breathing slowly and putting aside what you or feeling and thinking of anything else such as counting someting like the bricks in the wall of the seats in a plane. A big secret is ice. If you put ice on the back of your neck you block the feelings and it helps to get them into a more manageable state. I also put ice on my wrist. I alternate between wrist and nape of my neck. I still sometimes have trouble when I am flying and I will take one of those things you keep in the freezer that you put in lunch boxes to keep food cool. That will work for me. Usually in most place ice is available. But ice aone is only part of the solution. You have to slow down the breathing and breath really deeply and relax every muscle in your body. You do that a few times and you will realize that you can control anxiety and panic. Now anticipatory anxiety is a little harder. that is the little voice that keeps going off in you head that says "what if I have a panic attack" or "what if I lose control and something bad happens" or "what if I go crazy". That kind of worrisome thinking is very bad and can fuel a panic attack. You have to put a stop to it. I will wear a rubber band and every time I start that stinking thinking I pop myself really hard with the rubber band and say to myself, "STOP IT". All these methods I learned at the Phobia Center and they really, REALLY WORK! Sincerely, Katie
