Avacodos also make a great facial, mash up and add a little plain yorurt.

I use to leave avocado seeds out under a tree and with in minutes the would be gone. I guess squirrels love them.

I DICED THE AVOCADOS, AND ADD CHOPPED CILANTRO, DICED TOMATOES, DICED ONIONS, LIME JUICE SALT AND PEPPER AND YUMM!!!! KATHY IPINZE FROM SICKLERVILLE, NJ

Avacados are a wonderful fruit. I eat them mostly raw on salads cut up. Other ways I like to eat them is simply sliced or in chunks with lemon juice and melted butter on top. I will serve them as a side dish at any meal. Yum!

Diced avacado, diced tomato and chopped green onion mixed with cottage cheese and sprinkled with a little salt and pepper is a great snack or meal!

I like to put me some avocados over cook mixed vegetables, boil shrimp and cook noodles with out the season of the noodle.This is very tasteful to me. the frozen mixed vegetables to use.
