Fabulous Fish
I’m glad to see that fish is becoming increasingly popular in the United States, because it has so many health benefits. The fact is, fish is an excellent substitute for red meat because it contains more protein and less fat. In addition, there are so many delicious varieties of fish that it’s easy to build a versatile and interesting menu around it. An added bonus is that fish tends to be somewhat cheaper than red meat. The time has come to surrender yourself to the flavorful world of fish. You’ll be so glad you did!

Try buying fish that are farm raised, they won't have all the mercury you get from river or ocean fish.

Lists are available on the Internet, of fish that are less toxically laden. Are you able to offer a clean source for healthy eating?
