A Quick List of Helpful Herbal Blends

To help you relax and fall asleep Chamomile, valerian and passionflower are the dreamtime herbs. Valerian acts as a mild sedative, chamomile soothes you and eases little aches and pains, and passion lower helps relax tense muscles. Any blend that contains these ingredients will help you get to sleep.
To help soothe a cold Echinacea, yarrow, peppermint, and elder flowers can all help reduce those cold symptoms. Echinacea is a super immune booster, yarrow helps reduce congestion, peppermint helps drain your sinuses, and elder flowers can lower a fever and ease the pain of a sore throat.
To pep you up Ginseng, gingko biloba and ephedra are all herbs that can get you going. Ginseng helps you feel perkier, gingko biloba stimulates your brain and helps you think more clearly. Ephedra can stimulate your nervous system and help you breathe easier, but can sometimes be too much of a stimulant for some people. If you’re drinking blends with this herb and find that you’re a little “hyper,” then it may be too much for you.
