Sliced fresh Ginger
1-sm lemon fresh
1-sm lime fresh
1/2 sm cucumber sliced
Fresh spearmint or English Mint leaves
1 pitcher of filtered water set for 24 hrs.
Drink for  four days.  Tasty's Great!
To remove toxins from body, will lose water weight.
