German Cucumbers

6 to 8 cukes pealed and sliced thin
Add lavish amount of Garlic salt stir and put in the refrigerator for several hours. Then remove and squish them using hands or a masher and drain all the liquid. Now add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and more garlic salt and then top with paprika. This is so easy to make and is a great side dish. I made it some years ago for a potluck and is requested everytime I go back.
