1 package of cream chesse I use the fat free
I use kebblers gram pie crust
1 fat free cool whip mix together and put it in the refrig for a couple of hrs and then add your favorite topping .I used butter fingers crushed up on one side and oreo cookies crushed on the other side
yummy let me know what yeah think

IT WON'T HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT IT'S A VERY GOOD EASY TO MAKE CHEESE CAKE TO MAKE UP..LET ME KNOW FROM YOU ALL WHO MADE IT ALREADY. GREAT FOR THANKSGIVING.. :)

It does sound good and a great alternative to the higher calorie options. And to comment number 2 No desert wil help you lose wait you have to do that by diet and excercise and making good food choices.
