How Yogurt Can Heal You

Yogurt Can:

  • Provide calcium for the lactose intolerant
  • Help fight bacterial infections
  • Stop diarrhea
  • Boost your immune system
  • Prevent and cure yeast infections
  • Fight cancer

Say Yes to Yogurt
I consider yogurt to be one of those wonder foods that practically everyone can benefit from.  Not only is it rich in calcium, it’s also easily digestible, even for the lactose intolerant.  It aids digestion and fights infection.  Furthermore, it’s delicious!
Whenever I’m on the run and need a quick snack, I invariably reach for a container of yogurt.  It comes in such a wide variety of flavors that I rarely tire of it.  I also enjoy yogurt in salad dressings and as a frozen dessert.  And thanks to all its health benefits, I never have to feel guilty about eating it!

What is yogurt?
Yogurt is created by letting milk partially evaporate and then ferment with the help of beneficial bacteria. It’s chock-full of nutrients such as vitamin A, zinc, B vitamins, protein, calcium, riboflavin, phosphorus and magnesium.

try yogurt on your skin. rub it on your face every morning, let it dry and then wash off. you can add mashed banana, papaya, tomato or melon to it as well. Just as good on its own though, rinse off. try every day. see your skin tone even out,and your skin feel soft. appreciate feed back from anyone who tries it

They make soy yogurt. I personally don't like it as much but to each his own. I have often made it myself at home and its easy and yummy but best made and eaten within the same day.

This is news that I find very interesting. I stopped eating dairy because I found that I would get colds very easily and surprisely I have never gotten sick since I stopped. But yogurt I love. Can yogurt only be made from cow's milk? Thanks,Louise.

This information is good to know. I did not know that lactose intolerant people can enjoy this-I've a pal that is that way and he always has the sniffles and is coughing. I told him about rice and soy milk to help him fend colds and flus and gave him some coupons for it and I noticed that he isn't coughing at all. Yogurt and other dairy products are very good for you. Learn something everyday and look forward to more of your articles-Thanks in advance!
